              光電探緯器,用于噴水織機的緯絲檢測,可大幅度提高織物織量,從而獲得可觀的經濟效益和社會效益。光電探緯器的使用很重要,特別是電位器靈敏度、延時、寬度的調整。

        光電式緯線探測器 
              光電式緯線探測器是應用于噴氣織機上, 判斷緯線是否斷線的一種探測器。當緯線在噴氣作用下前進時,紅外發射管VD發出的紅外光,經緯線反射,由光電池接收,如光電池接收不到反射信號時,說明緯線已斷。因此利用光電池的輸出信號,通過后續電路放大、脈沖整形等,控制機器正常運轉還是關機報警。 
              由于緯線線徑很細,又是擺動著前進,形成光的漫反射, 削弱了反射光的強度,而且還伴有背景雜散光,因此要求探緯器具備高的靈敏度和分辨力。為此,紅外發光管VD采用占空比很小的強電流脈沖供電,這樣既保證發光管使用壽命, 又能在瞬間有強光射出,以提高檢測靈敏度。一般來說,光電池輸出信號比較小,需經放大、脈沖整形以提高分辨力。
